We support our employees and our customers by encouraging a diverse supplier base. Suppliers nationwide are eligible to participate in WTCP's Diversity Program. Building and sustaining enterprise-wide diversity and inclusion is essential for success in the mission of WTCP staffing.
What is a Diverse Supplier?
A diverse supplier is defined as a staffing supplier that is at least 51 percent owned and operated by an individual or individuals who are part of an underrepresented or underserved group. In short, it’s any minority-, women-, disabled-, veteran-, or LGBTQ+-owned staffing supplier.
